RIDING
Finally get to ride again le, today wear pants ~ We ride from jh`s house to enter, play arcarde mahjong ~ that was fun yea ? me n baby keep winning lol, until they so restless, cuz if we win the game cant stop, we played soooo long with jus 50cents ! lol...
Den brand`s mum meet us up for dinner, as my whole family not at home n i forgot to bring out my keys my dad meet me n gave the keys to me, we ride to imm after that , ate dinner, got jie han, yuan lin, yilin, baby, jiexiong, jiancheng, brandon, uncle, auntie, MARCUS n me... jus now giant outside got one weighing machine n height machine, 2 in one, i tried . and my weight was only 43.4kg, i noe i lost weight in this few days but i dont expect it to be so light ~ my height was 159 maybe i did not look infront that`s why i seems shorter. BMI = 17.17- risk of developing nutritional deficiency and osteoporosis. health tip = you may be eating less food than wat your body needs. Eat more frequent meals but not overindulge in food high in fat and sugar. regular exercise makes you fit and may stimulate your appetite.
jus now baby ride jx , jh ride brand den i ride alone, the rest take uncle car to his house.
on the way back, all of us compete see who reach first. baby n brand first den me, jx lost. lol . so tiring u noe ? lucky today never heard the irritating voice.
heard from them that xh cried yesterday , donno for wat reason? den she pick up smoking again, she`s crazy man, pple wan to quit smoking n finally she has done it yet she smoke again. she said she`s stress, but stress over wat ? her bf treat her so good, parent gave her freedom , wat she stress about ? lamer
i`m alone at home now ~ family went out for dinner at gombak, so bored n was so afraid lucky got raven, took some pics jus now ~
